GARLIC CROUTONS

6 slices bread

2 large garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup butter

Trim crust from bread and cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Sauté garlic in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the bread cubes, saute until golden. Drain cubes on paper towels.

Yield: 3 cups
