Dressing:
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vinegar
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Salad:
