1/3 cup honey
8-oz (1 1/3 cups) dried peaches
6 bags English breakfast tea
Fresh peach slices, lemon slices, and/or mint sprigs for serving
Bring honey and 1 cup water to a boil in a small pot over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally until honey is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add the dried peaches and tea bags: remove from heat and steep, covered 5 minutes. Uncover and remove tea bags, squeezing gently to release tea. Discard bags. Cover and continue to steep dried peaches 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and discard dried peaches.
Transfer tea mixture to a pitcher and stir in 4 cups water. Chill at least an hour before serving over ice with the fresh peach slices, lemon slices and/or mint.
