QUICK AND EASY CORN SALAD

2 cans no salt added whole kernel corn, drained
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, optional
1/4 cup Zesty Italian Salad Dressing (watch the sugar content)

Combine the corn, peppers, onion and cilantro, if using, in a bowl. Pour the salad dressing overall and toss to coat. Best when allowed to chill for 45-1 hour.

This is a good salad for summer picnics as there is no mayo or other ingredients that must be refrigerated.
