1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
6 cups broccoli florets
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup slivered almonds
In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Stir the remaining ingredients into the dressing mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but up to overnight.
Yield: 6 servings
