2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, fill each to the top.
Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
