1 cup apricot jam
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Zest from half a lemon
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice

COMBINE all ingredients in a small saucepan.
SIMMER for 1 minute.
POUR over cooled cake.
