3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1 pkg (12-oz) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1 sliced shallot
1/3 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 tbsp chopped chives
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, Dijon, and salt. Gently fold in the macaroni, tomatoes, shallot, peas and chives.
