BROCCOLI WALDORF SALAD

This recipe was a prize winner in a Quick Cooking Magazine several years ago.

6 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 large red apple chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup prepared coleslaw dressing 

In a large serving bowl, combine broccoli, apple, raisins and pecans. Drizzle dressing over the mixture and toss to coat.

Keep leftovers refrigerated.

Yield: 10 servings
