3 cups almond milk
1 cup brewed coffee
4 star anise pods
4 cinnamon sticks
In a pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon. Add a cinnamon stick as a stirrer if desired.
Yield: 4 servings
