1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 to 2 tbsp cayenne pepper sauce (Depends on your taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 lbs chicken wings, halved at joint
Heat oven to 425-degrees.
Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil; place a rack on each sheet. Coat pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, butter and cayenne pepper sauce. In separate bowl, combine garlic powder and salt; rub over the wings.
Arrange wings in a single layer on the racks. Bake until no longer pink near the bones, 35 to 40 minutes. Brush with sauce several times during the last 15 minutes of baking time. Broil each pan 3 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
