8 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups nonfat dry milk
3 tbsp baking powder
3 cups oats
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
Combine flour, milk, baking powder, oats, sugar and salt in a large bowl, mix well. Store in an airtight container.
Yield: 12 cups
To make pancakes: Combine 1 1/2 cups of the mix with 1 egg, 1 1/4 cups milk, 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp honey in a mixing bowl. Mix together well and cook on a hot oiled griddle.
Yield: 12 pancakes
