2-qts lemonade
2 cans (5 1/2-oz each) peach or apricot nectar
1 cup peach slices
Fresh mint springs for garnish, optional
In a 3-quart pitcher, combine the lemonade and nectar, stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled.
Just before serving, stir the lemonade mixture and add the frozen peach slices.
Pour into glasses to serve and top each a mint spring, if using.
Yield: 2 1/2 quarts
