1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup frozen egg substitute, thawed
1 tbsp olive or canola oil
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine 1st four ingredients; make a well in center. Combine yogurt, egg substitute and oil; add to dry mixture. Stir just until moistened.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2-inches apart, onto a parchment-lined or vegetable oil sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 400-degrees 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 1 dozen biscuits
Per biscuit: 1/6g fat, 13.5g carbs, 3/1g protein 18% of calories are from fat
