2 cups biscuit/baking mix
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
Turn oven on to 450 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients just until moistened. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times. Pat or roll out to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a floured biscuit cutter or drinking glass. Place biscuits 2-inches apart on a parchment lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool but best when served warm.
