1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 small plum tomatoes, seeded, diced fine
1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Ground cumin, to taste
40 Tostitos Scoops
In a mixing bowl, combine all but the scoops.
Arrange scoops on platter and using a small spoon fill the scoops with the bean mixture.
Serve immediately.
