NO-YEAST PARKER HOUSE ROLLS

 3/4 cup milk

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups all-purpose flour

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, sugar, baking powder and salt. Fold in the flour and knead until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Transfer balls to a lightly greased baking dish and bake at 350-degrees 25 to 30 minutes until browned.

Yield: 8 rolls
