3 cups biscuit baking mix
1 lb bulk sausage
1 cup American cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, crumble the sausage. Add the biscuit mix and cheeses; mix together well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes.
