2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp grill seasoning
4 (10-ozs) russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 500-degrees.
Whisk together oil and grill seasoning in a large bowl. Add potato wedges and toss to coat.
Line 2 baking sheets with foil and coat with cooking spray. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake, turning once halfway through baking time, until golden brown and crispy. This will take about a half hour. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
