2 rosemary sprigs
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
12-oz ginger beer (this is un alcoholic)
In a shaker, muddle the rosemary, lime juice and grapefruit juice. Cover and shake well. Strain into 4 glasses and top with the ginger beer.
Yield: 4 servings.
