1 can peach pie filling)
2 cans (15-0z each) fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (20-oz) pineapple chunks, drained -save juice
1 can (15-oz) mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium firm bananas
In a large bowl, combine the pie filling and canned fruits. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Before serving, slice the bananas and dip in the saved pineapple juice. Drain and add to the fruit mixture, stir to blend and serve.
Yield: 12-14 servings
