GARLIC MAPLE DRESSING
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 lemon, juiced 1 to 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake, shake, shake until thoroughly combined.
