1 egg
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 can (6-oz) tuna, drained and flaked
1 tbsp canola or olive oil
2 sandwich rolls, split
In a bowl, combine the egg, mustard, breadcrumbs and tuna, mix together well. Shape into 4 patties (mixture will be soft). In a skillet over medium heat, fry the patties in the oil. Cook on both sides until lightly browned. Place two patties on each roll. Add condiments as desired.
