BLACK BEAN DIP
1 can (15-oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup your favorite salsa 2 tbsp fresh cilantro 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 1/4 tsp ground cumin freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth, scraping down sides once. Serve dip with tortilla chips.
