PINEAPPLE BANANA SHAKE
1/3 cup pineapple juice 1/3 cup low-fat milk 1/3 cup frozen vanilla yogurt 1/2 ripe banana, peeled & sliced 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth.
