PINEAPPLE AND MORE CHEESEBALL

2 bricks (8-oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1 can (8-oz) crushed pineapple, drained
Chopped pecans for coating

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a ball. Press pecans all over surface. Cover and chill until serving time.

Serve with assorted crackers.
