2 cups cream-style corn
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stack saltine crackers, crushed
1 large egg
Oil for frying

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

Heat oil in a large, deep skillet or pan and drop corn mixture by tablespoonfuls into the hot oil. Cook until browned on all sides.
