S'MORES MOCHA MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
½ tsp vegetable oil, 
1 Tbsp melted butter,
3 Tbsp sugar,
5 Tbsp Signature Blend No.5 (Seattle's Best Coffee), 
2 Tbsp cocoa powder, 
1/4 tsp salt, 
¼ tsp baking powder, 
4 Tbsp flour, 
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips. 


INSTRUCTIONS: Grease mug with vegetable oil. Combine all ingredients in order, whisking after each. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Top with melted marshmallow and graham cracker. Enjoy while warm.
