SHRIMP SALAD

1 lb peeled and cooked shrimp
1 mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup diced cucumber
1/2 medium-size red onion, diced
1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix. Chill and serve.
