BLUEBERRY-BANANA SOY SMOOTHIE

1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup frozen blueberries*
1 medium-size banana, sliced
1 tbsp soy protein powder
1/2 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Yield: 2 servings
* frozen mixed berries also work well
