HOT CURRIED FRUIT

1 can sliced peaches
1 can sliced pears
1 can (20-oz) pineapple chunks
1 small jar Marischino cherries
1 can apricot halves
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp curry powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain all the fruits and arrange in a baking dish.

Place the butter, brown sugar and curry powder in a small saucepan and heat until butter and sugar are melted. Pour the mixture over the fruit.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Serves 6.
