ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 brick (8-oz) cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened and cut into pieces
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp orange juice
2 tsp grated orange peel

Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl and beat until well combined and creamy.

Use to frost cupcakes or cakes. This is especially good on carrot cake.
