CHICKEN-AND-TORTELLINI SALAD

This is a recipe I got a year or two ago from a Southern Living magazine.

2 (9-oz) pkgs refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Prepare tortellini according to the package directions.

Process olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender until smooth.

Toss the olive oil mixture, chicken, peas, green onions, and parsley.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
