CARROT-RAISIN-CELERY SALAD

2 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1 medium celery stalk, sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss to coat well and serve.

May be made ahead and refrigerated until serving time.
