YOGURT-BASIL SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp bresh chopped basil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
dash of freshly ground black pepper

Use a wire whisk to combine all ingredients well.  May be used immediately or cover and chill up to 8 hours.  Allow chilled dressing to stand for a half hour before serving.

Yield: 1 cup
