1 pkg (8-oz) low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 jar (7 to 8-oz) marshmallow cream or fluff
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 1/2 tsp fresh finely-grated orange peel

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Serve with fresh fruit for a light dessert or as a party food.

Yield: about 1 1/2 cups
